Where to put each tag

The Siren's Curse

  1. #1Start spot — hand it to players or tape it by the front door

  3. #3By the shoes / boot rack near the door
  4. #4On or beside a mirror (washroom or hallway)
  5. #5Inside the pantry, on the cereal box — put the treasure/prize here too

    Print the kit

    Open the print kit. It has the clue sheets (with the secret words for you only), plus QR tents and QR stickers.

    Cut and fold

    Fold tents along the dashed line, or cut out the round stickers. Each tag has a number.

    Hide the tags in order

    Read each clue sheet. Clue 1 points to a spot — hide tag #2 there. Clue 2 points to the spot for tag #3, and so on. Tag #1 is the start.

    Test one phone

    Scan tag #1 and check the first clue and its audio play. Turn the volume up.

  5. 5

    Start the game

    Players scan tag #1. For groups, tap “Play as a group” so everyone shares the same vaults.

  6. 6

    During play

    When players find a tag, the phone opens that vault. They type the secret word from the last clue to see the next one.
